Sorella's Deli

Sorella's Deli in Liberty Missouri was opened by sisters in 2004. The deli is located in the historic downtown. They focus on high quality, and fresh ingredients. There sandwiches are made to order with Boar's Head meats and cheeses, with homemade dressing and bread from Roma Bakery.

They are an Italian deli. I enjoyed the sandwiches, but what really stood out to me was the soup. I first ate hear eight years ago. Ever since, I can't eat Pasta Fagioli anywhere else because it isn't as good. I can't help but to compare the two and find everywhere else lacking.

Sorella's is a small deli. Service was pretty fast. They offer items different items: panini, spaghetti and meatballs, soup, salad and cupcakes. The meatballs are made in-house.

The food was nice, and fresh. I enjoyed the environment. I didn't feel uncomfortable sitting myself while waiting for my food. I plan on eating here again in the future.
